THE MAYOR OF MONTAGUE PLACE IS GONE! Kevin, I know you are at peace now. I was fortunate to be your neighbor and friend for over 35 years. You always looked out for my well-being, especially in recent years with my health challenges. You always made sure my home was safe and secure under your watchful eye (I had given Kevin my house key years ago and he was trustworthy to the end).
We shared so many things together: Hibernian dinners, Giblin Association efforts, Immaculate Conception events, working on my elections and Democratic activities; Kevin, you were a reliable and meticulous worker to all details.
Family and friends will remember you as a gentleman, a proud Irishman and a caring and considerate neighbor. I know that your friends and neighbors on Montague Place, myself included, will miss you.
May the Lord Bless you, keep, and hold you in the hollow of his hand.
