My dear friend, on Monday it will be 12 years since we lost you. I have often wondered how you would have reacted to life events and happenings. You were a kind and gentle person and I'm so sorry your life ended suddenly and unexpectedly.
Doug was a gentle soul with a great sense of humor. He will be missed by many on this earth. While our paths seldom crossed since High School, I would always think about him once a year on the birth date that we shared. To his family, my most heart felt and sincere condolences.
Doug and I started at Noble Lowndes within a few months of each other, it's hard to believe it was 25 years ago. He was always fun to be around, and I'm so sorry to hear of his sudden passing. Mike, my condolences to you and your entire family.
My deepest sympathies go out to the Williams family. Doug was a fellow Montclair High Class of 80 graduate and we shared many classes together. I will always remember his sense of humor making the classes a little more bearable, and since he lived a few blocks from me we would sometimes play softball or football with other neighborhood kids. God Bless Doug and his family.
To the Williams family; I would like to express my condolences for your loss. Although I haven't seen Doug in many years, I have many fond memories of him. He was a great human being and will be missed.
My prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I knew Doug through the Essex Running Club; he always had a smile on his face and had such a great sense of humor.
There are just no words that can be said to make anything easier. Just find peace in knowing that he was a good person, had a good life, and was loved.

My brothers and I had so many fun times with Doug, and his brothers & sisters. I haven't dared to tell my kids half the stunts we pulled! Doug was always there in the middle of it - and I will always keep him there locked in those fun memories.
