On March 23, Sheree-Ann went home to her heavenly father surrounded in love after suffering a stroke day’s prior. She was 56 years old.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago to Maurice and Wilma Romero, Sheree was an adventurous and determined child, who loved to play and push the boundaries of what was possible for a child.

To know Sheree-Ann was to know her warmth, generosity, compassion, faith, and love of her family and others. A Biological mother to two and a caregiver to everyone she knew, no matter the relationship, Sheree was completely selfless in her thoughts, words, and actions. She was truly made of pure light and love, always giving of herself as long as she was able, no matter what she may have personally been going through.

In addition to her role as a caregiver, Sheree-Ann enjoyed a rewarding and succesful career in marketing, management, and client services as a Senior Vice President in the Private Banking Sector at JP Morgan Chase. Her love of knowledge and personal experiences with autoimmune disease and the Healthcare system led her to pursue a Masters Degree in Health Care administration at Seton Hall University where she graduated in 2012.

In 2006, Sheree-Ann was diagnosed with Polymyostis a rare autoimmune disease that causes inflammation of the muscle groups. Despite her battle with chronic pain following her illness, Sheree-Ann’s faith in God only deepened. She enjoyed serving her Parish community through volunteer work at the Mary’s Pantry Food Bank and as a Eucharistic Minster during Mass.

We will miss her big smile, listening ear, and adventurous spirit. Her Legacy lives on through the lives she touched through her serene ability to share Gods love, healing power, and mercy with all she encountered.

She is survived by her children Francis and Ashley, her parents Maurice and Wilma Romero, siblings Odette, Charlene, and Maurice, and beloved nieces/nephews.

Amid the current climate there will not be a public funeral service, A celebration of her life will be scheduled for a later date please stay tuned for those details.
