Greetings: I'm very sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

It was with great sadness that I learned tonight of Ann's passing. I was thinking of her sister, Eileen, and Ann earlier this very week! I often pray for them and other friends of my Mom, Theresa Ormsby. Imagine my surprise when I was told Ann passed on Monday. I believe we are all connected through the Community of saints and perhaps my Guardian Angel was reminding me to pray for them at that time.
I know Ann was greeted by our loving Saviour, His Mother and Saint Joseph, and a whole crew of family and friends who had traveled through the veil ahead of her. I know my Aunt Marion, Aunt Eileen, Mom and Dad were among those greeting her and "praying her through" on her journey home.
I remember with delight many a night strolling into my Aunt Marion's dining room while "The Ladies" were playing cards. It was always a lively event when the card group met, with the two McMahon sisters drawing laughter at every turn! The Irish wit and pure friendship emanated from the room and left an indelible impression upon my heart. I loved those women and miss them very much. I learned many valuable lessons about life from them.
Ann always had such a kind word for me. She was so easy to talk with and always had a smile to share. I am sure she is smiling down upon her family right now, showering all of you with her prayers and intercessions on your behalf.
I am sorry to have missed Ann's funeral, but will have a Mass said here in Arizona for her eternal rest.
On behalf of my entire family (Ormsby and Mannix), I send our condolences to each member of Ann's family. May you feel peace reflecting upon the beautiful, loving, generous life Ann led. You know, we were graced to have had her among us A beautiful light has moved from this world into the next on her way to union with God. May she bask in His glory forevermore!
With my love,
Mary (Ormsby) Rapp

To the Family of Ann McMaahon
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4 The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. God, who started mankind off in a lovely garden, has promised to restore Paradise on this earth under the rule of His heavenly Kingdom in the hands of the now glorified Jesus Christ. ( Matthew 6:10; “ Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth” ) In that restored Paradise, the human family will have the prospect of enjoying life without end, free from all sickness and disease. Please go to JW.org for words of encouragement
Sincerely,
Roberta

To: Mike McMahon:
Mike!;, my brother Walt, just informed me of Anne's passing. Unfortunately we are both here in Fla. and regret being unable to be with all those who loved and admired Anne. We were classmates the entire 12 years which were most memorable times Joe Garvey and I enjoyed Anne's skills and probably would have been ifirst team on our excellent Grammar School team
We saw Anne periodically walking the Sea Girt Boardwalk and paused to chat about the precious years gone by. She was a winner!!!
Best regards to all your family! And may Anne rest in peace!
