Jeremy Herbert Adam (March 16, 1984-December 3, 2014) Jeremy passed away on December 3, 2014, of complications from Lyme disease, which he suffered for more than two years. He was a student of Mount Snow VT Academy’s tutorial program for ski and snowboard competitors, graduate of Montclair High School and University of Colorado, Boulder, an almost-completed Masters of Clinical Psychology at Montclair State University. He was a champion snowboarder, ranked 9th in the country in 2002, and an honors student pursuing a career in clinical psychology. He was senior care manager at Partnership for Children of Essex and interned at Center for Autism and Early Childhood Mental Health @ Montclair State University. He is survived by his mother, Pegi Adam, and his brother, Jonathan Adam.
