Obituary of Catherine Bolton

Bolton, Catherine (Grimm) passed away at Hospice of New Jersey, St. Joseph's Hospital Wayne, NJ on July 14, 2013. She was born on September 22, 1944 in Oshkosh, WI, the daughter of Roland S. Grimm and Ruth M. Albright. She attended Winneconne High School and the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh. Upon graduation, she settled in Cambridge, MA where she met her late beloved husband, George J. Bolton. They were married on 2/14/71 and moved to New Jersey where they resided and worked the rest of their lives. Cathy worked as an advertising executive for Block Advertising in Verona, NJ. Cathy enjoyed her morning coffee while working the New York Times crossword puzzle. She was a loyal fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Boston Red Sox. Cathy is survived by her mother, Ruth M. Grimm and her sister Christine Grimm-Kirk. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Catherine Maiona (John) of Wellesley, MA and her brothers-in-law Michael Bolton (Agnes) of Shrewsbury, MA and Daniel Bolton (Bonnie) of Billerica, MA. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and one great great niece. The family would like to thank Cathy's dear friends, Arlene Hirsch and Karen DiLuca along with others for their devoted help during her illness. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be directed to PAWS, P.O. Box 149 Montclair, NJ 07042.
