Obituary of Thomas O'Brien

Thomas F., 83, of Montclair, NJ passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Mountainside Hospital. Mr. O'Brien, a veteran of WWII and the Korean War, was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church and resident of Montclair for 56 years. Retired Senior Accounts Manager from AttachMate Corp. in 1995, Mr. O'Brien began his career in computers at Univac in the early 1950's. Mr. O'Brien is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Maura (nee Keogh) and devoted children Katherine, Jean, Thomas Jr., Christine, Mark, Kevin and Maeve. Mr. O'Brien was predeceased by his daughter Tara in 2003 and his granddaughter Aubrey in 1995. Tom lived for his family and will be deeply missed by his children and grandchildren Chela, Katherine, Antonia, Alexandra, Jasper and Anselm. A funeral mass is planned for Friday, May 18, 2012, 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, 30 North Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ.
