My mother, Lynn Emerick Dethlefs, and Fritzi, always thought that they were possibly related, going back to Frederick, MD and were good friends. Our family often vacationed in Vermont where I got to know Frtizi and Jim and their 4 daughters. All 4 daughters are talented in the arts. Fran looks just like her Mom. Several times, I got to see Fritzi and Jim when they would visit during Christmas in California where Libby, Scott and I live. Their family has always been welcoming to me over the years. I feel blessed to have known Fritzi.
